We come on for the same reason that you do and if you do not want to offend then do not ask offensive questions. There's no point in backtracking.Maybe an apology to all the people who come on here would be appropriate.I like to think that i am helping out as many people as possible just as i am being helped because believe it or not nothing can rival the joy i feel when someone has there question resolved.

I do not want to waste any more of my time with you.You may find us boring but you know what the feeling is mutual.Infact do us all a favor and go and join the army or summin.

At the minute this is a way for me to relax, I'm getting married in 4 days, moving house in 10 and helping care for my ill dad. By sitting replying to mostly trivial questions it helps me unwind and feel a bit more relaxed.

I must admit I find it a bit worrying when people have thousands of points, they must be on for days at a time

This is a VERY good question? LOL

Probably...but there are worse ways to spend some time. The Internet is ofter portrayed as something 'dorky' or sad...but it is just as valid a way of communicating with people as anything else.

I would like to think this enhances my life rather than it being my life.

I am certainly NOT bored with life, on the contrary I find it fulfilling.
Occasionally wishing to answer questions adds to the variety....it would, however, be boring if that was ALL that one did.
Your question presupposes that you are finding it boring but the fact that you have asked it suggests thge opposite.
We are complex beings, aren't we?
