nope. you would need to reinstate your DL..in most cases, due to a very bad driving record, you would require a SR22, which is like an isurance for handicaped

Do you have work/school privileges for driving?
Before you are able to get your drivers license back, you will need to show proof of insurance. I know someone said SR-22 or something like that, but all's I was required to show when I got mine reinstated was proof of insurance, no special form required. You will have (obviously) a more difficult time obtaining insurance given your situation, but you should be able to find someone to insurance you, although at a much greater rate. I think my brother switched to Progressive when State Farm dropped him (too many speeding tickets).
By the way, let me add to this...to find out I didn't need an SR 22, I called the state DMV where they were able to inform me of all I needed to do in order to get my license reinstated, you might want to try the same route rather than relying on strangers on the internet to give you the information you need.

why have car insurance if your license are suspended? can't drive so why insure a car? that is a waste of money.
and since your license are supsended, most likely you will have to get SR-22 insurance after you get them back. this is a higher rate of insurance cause now you are deemed "high risk". normally SR-22 insurance lasts about 2 years as long as you get no other tickets, otherwise it extends out.

Sure. Just do a search on SR 22 in a good search engine. Get your insurance in place, get your license back, and you can drive again.
Almost any insurance agent should be able to help you get the needed high risk policy in place.

You'd be considered a "high-risk" driver and have to file an SR-22.
Be ready to bleed money.

Not you. But my son had his license suspended and I am the co-signer on his car, so I had to get the car insured to protect myself.
