I graduated in 2005 and during my senior year I had everybody sign my senior portfolio! One mysterious person left there number in there! I dont know if its a girl or not! Didnt leave name just phone number! Should I call it and find out?

That was three years ago but you could always call, see if someone lives there that graduated in 05 and if not then say you have the wrong number.

Trace the number thru internet, www.anywho.com has a reverse lookup. It its a cell phone though, it will not come up.
