You shouldn't feel unworthy, you are an interesting and attractive guy, and lots ladies would be very lucky you get to know you :)

I know it can be hard going sometimes, but keep focused on what you need to do to be happy.

All the best x

I have done before yes. I have sometimes felt quite inadequate, especially if I have been going out with friends, and they have been flirting or finding themselves dates, and I haven't.

However, I have been making progress over the past year or so (a couple of friends say that I have really been coming out of my shell). This has coincided with me making conscious efforts to think and feel better about myself. I have actually met some girls who like me just for being me - I don't have to act or put on a front, just be myself.

You say in yourprofile that you are restructuring your mind with positive and life-motivational thing; that is a great thing to do. What you need to fill your mind with now are thoughts about your positive qualities.

Feed your mind with things you like about yourself. Remind yourself of these things often, and it will pick up the new messages you are sending it. Instead of feeling unworthy of dating, you will start to feel much more self-confident, and indeed WORTHY of dating. These new 'messages' will be recycled as new emotions and behaviour patterns.

If you don't feel you can, ask a trusted friend to do it for you. They will soon find positive things about your character, personality, looks, lifestyle etc.

Do this and you will not only feel better about yourself, but you will also find others reacting differently to you as well. They will be much more positive. Then you will also be attractive, and will attract, suitors who really appreciate you.

Do it, it does work. I know because I have had the experience myself. Good luck.

Hi again Danny, I hope you are not asking as you feel this way, were is your warrior spirit? get going after what you want, if in this case a girlfriend the depressive side can be a bit of a turn off. In this life we are not judged by how we fall down but how often we get back up again. Very best regards to you

Don't break it off. Love yourself and see this to the end. Everyone had so me weird thing going on with them and you are not alone. Do do yourself the favor of getting to that doctor and make sure you have the best treatment today. The internet is a great place to research that and if you doctors arent doing it for you, go to a new one and fast. You pay them!

No....but I've felt that there were no members of the opposite sex worth dating. I'm curious as to why you feel you're not worthy of dating. Too much baggage? Too many bad prior relationships? What?! One must value themselves before anyone else will value them. Good Luck
