A age difference of 17 years between 2 people who have a chemistry of true love,respect and caring between them that their age difference can't diminish. I think a woman would wrather be with an older man thru sickness and health if she had been in true love for 20 years over a man her age for 20 years and never felt as loved ,

It depends on how healthy they both are. That's not really a huge age gap. If they both take good care of themselves, then no problem should be present. Thank you and good luck.
