I use alcohol as a soporific. Started years ago with one/day....built up to 3. I don't get "drunk" (except on rare occassions with friends). I don't get personality changes. No alcholism in my family. I'd like to cut back to 1-2 per day.

I have found that taking brewer's yeast in tablets or powder three times a day will help you stop having the cravings for alcohol, it is rich in the complete B vitamins. If you can't take this buy a complete B vitamin complex and take it with food three times a day.

this will take about a week for you to start feeling the effects And you won't crave alcohol as much .

I would just buy two and then tell yourself it wouldn't be safe to drive and get more. If you do it anyway, you are pretty surely an alcoholic and should hit some AA meetings or get some other kind of help.

Buy them one at a time.

There is no magic cure. You have to decide to do it, then have the willpower to follow through with it.

Good luck, and God Bless.

Just do it. And if you can't do it, check out some AA meetings. We can't do it either!
