I know that they are sometimes called pussys and I saw one place that they are called queens. I want to know which one is the correct term.

Proper term is Queens. They are also sometimes (this is more of a "British" thing though) refered to as Dames. The males -- as almost everyone knows from afternoon cartoons -- are called Toms.
We call a group of kittens a litter, even if they aren't all from the same Queen. In some parts of the U.S. and in the British isles a group kittens is still called a "kindle". A group of adult cats that associate (say on a farm) are known as a "Clowder". No idea how that name came about.
And if this isn't enough... the little tabby that roams your house (the domestic cat) is known in science circles as Felix Domesticus or Felix Catus.
Hope this helps and you got a little more than bargined for! -- Andy

Queen = An intact female cat used for breeding, also a pregnant cat.
Dam = A mother cat
A spayed female is just called a female cat.

I'm not sure if the term "feline" refers to a female or to the species in general. Just that it exists. Otherwise I'm thinking it may be, "female cat" and "male cat". I see others referring to "Queens" THAT I have never heard. I'll have to google it. Best wishes.

A mature, intact, female cat is called a queen. A spayed female is just a cat.
