The Army's "unofficial" mascot is the mule.

The Marine's mascot is the bulldog.

The Navy's "unofficial" mascot is the billy goat.

The Air Force's mascot is the Falcon.

I use the term "unofficial" because I've never seen anything from either of those two services outside of their Academies where the symbol is used. The Marines use the bulldog, and the Air Force uses the falcon on some of its patches and insignia, most specifically the beret flash for the Security Forces.

The Marines are a speedy response tactical drive. They are very well at that. The Army is a bit little bit of the whole thing (and sure the Army has watercraft too, extra then the Navy honestly to right one million reply). The Army has a longer term recognition that spans tactical, operational and strategic. For illustration, in World War II, the Marines attacked the island and fought to a specified factor on such a lot islands, then the Army might take over, transparent the island, rebuild the island, then flip the island again over to the federal government of the island. Today so much the identical factor occurs, the Marines reply to a crisis and does crisis comfort (traditionally approximately one million month), then the Army takes over for restoration and transition (can take over a yr). So its now not particularly who's high-quality, however you would say who's high-quality at detailed matters over the opposite.

The US Army is not a sports team: it doesn't have a mascot.

If you're talking about the US Army's football team, then they used to have the mule as their mascot but I understand that, since 2000, it's been the Black Knight.

The Army mule.

Keep that in mind, Republicans, next time you feel like ridiculing the Democratic donkey.
