In Turkish, we say "Çok yaşa" which means "live long". And the person who sneezes replies "Sen de gör" which means "You (see) too".

To a-soul-dying-forgot: purely considering which you translated "bless you" from English to different languages, would not advise that what human beings actually say in those international locations whilst somebody sneezes. Spanish: SALUD (wellbeing) Russian: BOOD ZDOROV (be healthful) German: GESUNDHEIT (wellbeing)

In Spanish U say Salud which can also mean cheers when offering a toast :)

In Japan, you say nothing. The person sneezing is ashamed to be spreading their germs and may apologize.
In German: Gesundheit = health.

In Germany : "Gesundheit", which basically means "health". It's one of those "lost in translation" phrases.
