I got a horrible needle phobia after I got my blood tested for the first time. I had a panic attack about 4 months ago from it.
the whole blood going through the tube made me pass out during the process, get sick after, and then pass out agein.
ever since everytime I recieve a shot at the docter I pass out.
One day they told me I was going to recieve a finger prick but they lied to try and get me 2 get my blood taken. When I was in the docters office and found out I basically lost control of myself. I go so nervious so fast I grabbed my mothers purse and ran out of the office got in the car and drove away without her.
It does feel like your loosing your mind, it felt like I had absoutly no control over my actions.

Yes they do make you feel like you are loosing your mind....you feel like you are going crazy. Your heart starts beating very fast and you could not breath well, you become light headed, you feel like your lungs are going to explode. The first time I had a panic attack is about 2 months ago and I was so scared. I was out felt it coming and went in a public toilet to hide. I thought that I was going crazy. It really is scary.

Yes i have had them for years and they are very scary and you get so tired of trying to EXPLAIN to people how you are feeling because they do not know what it feels like!! I feel your pain !! I have been doing better the last few years with the help of medication ,but one thing about panic attacks you never know when they are going to come back and i get so sick of people saying it is all in your head just let them go through one REALLY bad one and then maybe they will understand what we are going through!!! GOOD LUCK HONEY!!!

Panic attacks. I just about had one today. Yeah, my mind goes else where for a little bit. Try an anti-anxiety medication if you're worried about it. I use breathing exercises and meditation to deal with mine.

Hello sweetie yea I have panic attacks And I deal with them with out med,s Pantic attacks are fears! The Lord tells us fear not for I am with you. When you fill them coming own you start saying Jesus name over and over and over and I promise you it will leave it works Jesus tells us not to fear nothing or know one but Him. Self control is what it is all about.Treat your self to some happiness! and doll your self up for know one but your self and Think about the times when you never experienced panic attacks that is were you have to go back to.It is Satan slowing you down and when you give into them Satan win,s Do fun thing,s and be around all who has no drama.Only you can control what goes own in your life and know one else make changes in ever thing that is not of positive attitude.Take TIME Out FOR JUST YOURSELF.And pray to Jesus for true peace.you are in my prayers.God bless you and Israel and all.And always rember this A positive attitude is a magnet for positive results

I think you have a different problem.Panic attacks generally make you feel like you are having a heart attack.Your heart and mind begin to race.I would suggest that you see your doctor because I think you are experiencing something else.Good luck and I hope you start to feel better.Take one day at a time.
