i know i have heard of a natural exfoliant... i think it was a brown sugar scrub...

Yes, your nails and some deep cleansing shampoo.

If there were a cream for this, the scrubbing particles would not make it past the hairs, not to mention this would be damaging to your hair as well. I've tried it in the past with a St. Ives facial scrub...it did nothing but make my hairs frizzed.

When my husband had his hair buzzed he would use shampoo and a small scrubby brush to help exfoliate his scalp and get rid of any dandruff. If you have 1/2" length hair or shorter you can try this as well. Just be gentle when you first start as your skin will need some getting used to it.
