I already have a distriputor(Jacmar foods) for all the ordinary fruits. I have also checked a couple of asian markets.

If you can't find them in nearby markets, you can always order them online. Be prepared to buy in bulk quantities and pay shipping and handling.

Here is a link to frozen passion fruit puree: http://www.amazon.com/The-Perfect-Puree-Napa-Valley/dp/B0001T2L5M

I read you can find frozen mangosteen at Asian grocery stores, since it's popular in Thailand. I also read from multiple sources that mangosteens have a very subtle and delicate flavor that is lost during freezing, so perhaps you want to go with fresh mangosteens instead. However, if you want to order the frozen kind directly from Thailand, check out this link: http://www.fuzing.com/vli/0007512e3396/Frozen-Mangosteen

There are tons of places online to buy frozen lychee! Check out these three links:

Good luck...

I do not know where you plan to open, but it sounds like you need to contact your local purveyors (food suppliers; ex: sysco, ben e. keith, glazier,) or go to your local Asian market and ask whom is their supplier. Good luck in your business.
