Maybe she wants a no strings type of relationship because she's afraid of getting hurt. It's not uncommon for people to go into a sexual relationship declaring "no strings attached" because they just don't want the disappointment of someone letting them down or not calling in a few weeks. As to the second part, some people see oral sex as more personal than other forms of sex. Everyone has a different place where they draw the line.

She wants a f^^k buddy and nothing else and if you eat her out that good she might get attached cause shes had good ones in the past and you might be it so she wants too stay away from that for now.The oral part that is.

Sounds like she is just trying to be nice to you. Every woman can tell you that's not what makes us attached. My suggestion to you is to move on. She does want to have sex though. If you are up for it then go for it, otherwise move on. Thank you and good luck.

after you have sex with someone in any way you will become attached. if not in terms of a relationship then in terms of expected sexual favors. people don't want to just **** around.., usually. i don't think they should. and if you want to then become a porn star.=D
also i say the woman will aalways let you know how far she wants you to go

Sounds as if she may know her weakness. Nothing is wrong with that or she might have a sexual transmitted @@@@@@@ like herpies or something and she don't want you to get it on your lips! Just respect it and keep a distance if you are smart.
