ok.. here is what you need to know about hydroxycut. Yes, it will give you great weightloss results, but be prepared to pay a price. Hydroxy works by chemically speeding up your metabolism and heart-rate.The stuff is like crack-light. I am on hydroxycut hardcore, and it is hard to fall asleep at night, and I am constantly on edge and jittery. Also, any activity turns into a mini-marathon. I had to give the dog a bath the other day, and by the time I was done with her I was drenched in sweat and really hot.

That being said, I have lost more than five pounds in one week (I am also working out everyday and eating almost no fat)

I tried Hydroxicut a couple years ago, and it didn't do much of anything for me. Then again, I also knew a guy who said it was AWESOME and he lost like 30 lbs. taking it. He also told me he took way more than the recommended dose which I do not recommend.

I have tried a few other supplements including Stacker 2 (which contains caffeine which gave me a lot of energy) and Lipodrene (which I am currently taking).

So far, I really like Lipodrene. It is working for me very well. It reminds me a lot of Metabolife (the way it was back in the late 90s). With the Lipodrene, though, I would warn that it DOES contain ephedra (which has side effects and poses dangerous health risks to some) and it may get you pretty hyped up. It also raises your body temp., so I would be prepared to be hot.

With any supplement, be sure to eat properly and work out as well -- or I wouldn't expect results. While some of these pills can help you with your weight loss, alone they are never a long-term answer.

Good luck! :)

yes I tried it and no I did not get any results. I was a metabolife fan. I lost 60 lbs on it and kept it off. The ban has been lifted on ephedra because there is NO evidence supporting the fact people were harmed from it. That is what I took and got results from.

I tried it, it worked for me to give me energy. Lots of mail carriers who walk routes take it for extra energy.
