Ok so I want to weigh around 110-115. I have been walking some, and i don't eat a whole bunch of chocolate or chips. I don't drink soda pop, pretty much i just drink water. i do leg lifts and squats at night. that pretty much all the excercising i do. if you guys have any tips that would really help! thanks

The best thing to do is make sure you are eating properly. Dieting doesnt mean starving yourself. Eat at least 6 times a day, and at the same times everyday. Three smaller meals and three snacks. Balance your carbs, proteins, and vegetables at your meals. Eat only whole grain carbs, no enriched flours (white bread) or white rice. Make sure you are getting proper viatmins everyday with a multi vitamin. And drink lots of water. Make sure you drink as soon as you get up, and after every meal or snack. Eating smart, combined with the exercise will work best for you. Losing 10 - 15 pounds properly should take you almost 4 weeks. Losing weight faster than that can be bad for your heart. Good luck!
