Assuming that you don't mean to increase your weight with fat. The best thing is to talk to a nutritionist or a personal trainer to put a good workout and diet regimen for you. I wouldn't fall for any of these "build muscle" shakes and "weight gain" powders. In the end, its all about your health, so you might as well get it done right. Good luck!

Allthree is right. Go talk to a nutritionist or your doctor. Another helpful hint is to give up drinking carbinated beverages because they make you feel less hungry. If you smoke, give that up too. Besides they are not good for you anyway.

go out and eat a hamburger, fries, and a shake. yummy! that might help you gain weight. or you can start building muscle. play a sport like soccer or baseball.
