Yes as a matter of fact he ranks #2 on Ring Magazines list of the greatest fighters of the last 80 years.

I would say the best 3 pound for pound fighters for all time were
Alexis Arguello; Henry Armstrong and Sugar Ray Leonard.

Oh yes without a doubt particularly when you are talking about pound for pound and what he accomplished wil never be equaled. He had a legendary career and regularly fought and defeated bigger men in the ring. "Homicide Hank" ranks easily in my top 3 pound for pound fighters of all time.
