There will also be a poker run, a band will be playing, and there will be great door prizes. You have to bring your own horse.

OH! I love these kind of rides. Our Sheriff Posse put one on and charged $10 per hand for the poker run, and $35 for poker ride and a BBQ lunch. The band was local and pretty good, and the door prizes were all donated too. We made the most selling extra "hands" for poker,as people always bring friends.
I hear the 4-H charged $40 for a day of fun, and the ADA (American diabetes association) charged $50 as a big donation.
You should be safe at 35-40 with add on like extra hands, extra soda beverages and a percentage of the extra sales from companies supplying the door prizes like nutrena, dominos pizza, etc. Sounds fun!!

Well, seeing as how they don't provide a horse for you, I would think that would make the price go down. I would say no more than $150. Anything over $200 would be completely out of the question.
