Good and easy Salisbury steak:

Ground beef: Enough to make the amount of patties "steaks" you want to serve (My mom always used round or minute steaks for this but I prefer the ground beef version either is good but the seasonings stick in the burger better)

a couple of eggs
some cracker crumbs
dash of lemon pepper
a dash of Worcestershire
a dash of season salt
a dash of garlic

mix hamburger and eggs with cracker crumbs and add seasonings to taste. Brown patties and some onion slices in a skillet just until done thru and the onions tender. Put into crock pot and cover with brown gravy.....you can use mix or jar if you want for ease and if not then make beef broth with bouillon and then thicken with cornstarch and water. Sprinkle in salt and pepper for flavor and let go on low until you are ready to eat and the patties are done and the gravy is thick and hot! You can also add mushrooms from a can to the gravy mix when pouring it over steaks and onions makes it even better! Excellent served with mashed potatoes and use the extra gravy on those and some green beans or salad! Good eats and good luck!
