He always blows me off - says he will call never does.
So Wednesday, he told me he would talk to me then.
But I have already made plans with an old guy friend. Should I tell him at all?
Or just go out with my friend?

just tell him that you already had plans and go out with the guy friend. If he gets too jealous, he will either be more considerate of you or he wil get obnoxious and you will have an answer perhaps. if he blows you off, he is not all that interested in getting back together!!

Totally go with your friend. But I mean, you could call or text your ex that you have plans and that you really just want to be friends. Don't let him rule your life and keep you from going out.

I don't mean to be rude, but I wonder why so many girls come on here and moan about their ex boyfriends or boyfriends. THINK ... use your brain ... obviously if he always blows you off and never calls ... you move on.

Go out with your friend dont take no crap from your ex because he might just be doing that because he has no one else to love. If he ignores you and blows you off then its your turn to blow him off

Seems like he is taking you for a ride. Blow him off and don't call him or answer his calls. Then call him 3 days later like nothing is wrong. Pretend like you forgot.

reading this question it brought back memories to me ... about me living the same situation you live now so without any other thoughts just go out with your friend and let the things go how they should go...a thing is sure...he wont change...your ex I mean...
