We have been friends for years, but we have become much closer over the last few months. I now share everything in my life with her. We talked a while back about our feelings, but we decided to stay friends due to reservations. Since then, I tell her everything including how I feel about her, and she just acts like it is ok. We get closer all the time as friends, but I cannot help but want more now. Could it happen??

Could what happen? I am assuming that you are a male. Right? Okay. Have you talked to your female friend about your feelings for her? Most decent girls always look forward to a male approaching them in the old-fashion way - the male tells her exactly how he feels! And by the way, anything can happen!

Sure it could happen, seeing as you tell her everything why not tell her that your feelings for have grown and that you understand if hers have not or if they are not the same as yours but you would like to try having a relationship with her, how would she like to go out with you. If she says no then remain friends with her it's better than not having her in your life at all.

I've been in this situation and its heartbreaking.i totally understand. she probably feels the same way for you, but doesn't want to come out of the nut yet or is too distressed or basically mad. It's more complicated when you guys become like close mates because it does make it mor difficult because you can't have feelings for each other like that if you become close. So just let go until shes ready

Take her out to a romantic dinner as friends and propose the idea of becoming MORE than friends and see what happens.

If you can set the mood of romance elsewhere, especially since Valentine's Day is coming...pop the question one more time.

It could happen, if you ask...it will never happen if you don't give it a try.

yes, it could happen....that's not to say it would. She could just be telling you the things you want to hear to keep you around. when you're talking to her, use her body language, etc as a cue. If she seems a little iffy, nine times out of ten, she's not interested. There is nothing wrong with wanting more, if the desire is going to be reciprocated. Use ur best judgement and follow ur heart. More importantly, dont try to force it on some1 who doesnt want it.

Face it dude - she's just not that into you. She just wants to be friends. Stop trying to force it into being something more.
Tell her straight out that you care for her as more than friends, and that being "just friends" is too hard for you right now. If she doesn't want to be your girlfriend, then there's nothing more you can do.

What ever happens you will never know if you don't make a move. Make a move and be gentle, be more of the person you see yourself when you are with this person. Most of be REAL

It is possible. You can go out on a limb and ask her out. Or just talk to her about maybe starting a relationship. See how she feels.

CAREFUL! Sure it could happen but is the potential there to lose the friendship in the long run?
