Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Straightener is best flat iron out there right now, it expensive but worth it!

I agree with Sara, Sedu is one of the best. It gets up to 200 degrees celius or 410 F. I really dont think you need a flat iron to get any hotter than that. I only go up to 180 C. check out the reviews at www.folica.com

I have had many hair straightner from $10-$200 but the best one I ever bouight was a $15.99 one from WalMart called Andis. My $200 one from thwe salon wouldn't heat up and I was in desperate need for a new one so i went to WalMart one morning and bout a cheap one and it work better then the salon one I was amazed I'll never by an overpriced salon straightner again.

I have an All-Star it is ceramic and I bought it from a Salon it has different setting on it and goes up to 450 degrees I think that is the highest they sell them. Any hotter and you would burn your hair. But can be set lower to straighten extensions.

i know it will sound weird..but the best one i ever tried is a flat iron i bought at wall mart..it's from con air...it works from wet hair...it's doesn't damage too much the hair and u'll be surprised..it leaves your hair really smooth...i have really thick and curly hair and it really work for me..just make sure to have dump hair and use a good conditioner....good luck..!
