Cold temperatures cause blood vessels to constrict in peripheral parts of the body (hands and feet especially, but also "less-vital" organs like the bladder) so that blood flow to the more vital organs -- heart, lungs, digestive tract, kidneys -- is preserved. So there may be a *slight* shrinkage of the bladder from its blood vessels constricting, but probably not a huge one.
But also, the constricting of peripheral blood vessels raises overall blood pressure, which causes the kidneys to excrete more water from the bloodstream as urine to compensate. So, you genuinely do produce more urine when it's cold, apart from whatever shrinking may take place in the bladder. :)

Cold does slightly and temporarily constrict the bladder hence when you go from a warm temperature like inside and then go outside and the cold hits you , because of the slight shrinkage your bladder immediately feels fuller.

oh please give her a chance she,s in a new home away from her brothers and sisters strange smells ,she,s been peeing on a news paper and now you are expecting her to pee outside,she,s confused put some paper down and once she starts using it move it nearer the door until she has to stand by the door to go out and remember after a nap she,ll want a pee when she,s eaten she may want a poo,I bet if you asked your mum when she was training you you had loads of mishaps.It takes about 2 weeks to train a pup but you have to read the signs,praise them when they get it right and naughty dog in your gruffest voice when the get it wrong

During warm weather, a person gets rid of a lot of fluid through perspiration. However, when it's cold, a person sweats very little. Therefore, that waste fluid is excreted as extra urine.

The cold makes our central nervous system go nuts and our having to go pee comes from our central nervous system !

it's not just because of the cold people have to pee.
peeing is just a natural thing for everyone.
the only factor is that in the summer it's hot and you sweat alot. so you don't pee as much.

NO it just freezes,our private parts,and we got to go..The body says hey I'm cold,wheres my heat,so the body produces its own way of warming up...

i feel the need to pee when ever around a big rock just have too pee on it
