Chinese Crested. They come in a hairless (looks like a clydesdale) and the Powder Puff. One does not have the hair to shed and the other does not shed. I have one of each.

Komondors look like the old mops that the schools used also like white dreadlocks. It takes then 2-3 days to dry completely. VERY LARGE DOG!

All dogs shed...some just more than others. Don't listen to the hyperallogenic gimick either. It's just a way to justify breeding 'designer dogs'. There are low shedding dogs but you have maintain their coats. Yorkies, pom-poms, poodles, maltese's too name a few are all low-shed breeds but you MUST brush them EVERY day to maintain the coat or the shed hair will knot with the growing hair. This makes huge matts of unattractive fur clumps on your pet and can be very painful to remove thereafter. Usually results into shaving down your pet were the matts are...not too pretty.

Please don't buy a designer mutt...they're are too many dogs out there looking for a home right now...check the shelters.

Per the most reputable source, these breeds are the least allergy causing & low shedding: http://www.akc.org/news/index.cfm?article_id=2588

Anything that is 1/2 Poodle mixed with another breed that does shed (i.e. Labradoodles, Cockapoos, etc) can NOT be guaranteed to be low-shedding - that would be genetically impossible. These are marketing lies scam artists use to make $$$ selling 'designer dog' mutts to gullible people.

Do an internet search for "hypoalergenic dogs." There a ton of low-no shedding breeds.

I understand that poodles and schnauzers are two dogs that shed the least.

Pit bulls have a low degree of shedding as they have such beautiful short hair.

ALL dogs shed, no matter what back-yard-breeders say about their 'special' dogs. They shed. Poodles shed less, and have less dander, which people are allergic to, but they still shed.

There are many that shed less than others. Here are two websites that list dogs that are considered almost Hypo-allergenic. They shed less and have less dander than others. Good luck!
