You should make yourself a vegetable soup from scratch...cut up whatever vegetables you have into bite size pieces and place in a pan, cover with just enough vegetable stock so that the veggies are covered, bring to a boil then simmer for 20 mins. You can either leave it as is or put it in the blender to make a "creamy" soup. It'll keep for aprox 1 wk in the fridge and on the weight watcher's diet, one cup is equivalent to 0 points so it won't affect your scale. You can have this with some healthy crackers or toast. It will fill you up since it's jammed full of veggies.

first, if you're stomach is full after 5 hours you've eaten way too much. Rule of thumb is, if you're hungry after two hours, you ate too little. If you start to feel hungry after three hours you've eaten enough. If you're not hungry after 4 hours you've eaten too much. Anything you eat that keeps you full for 5 hours will show on the scale. Not to mention the spikes in your glucose. Shoot for three hours and then have some protein with one carb serving (15 grams). Add a vegetable if you eat them.
