Recently, I've gotten extremely sick after eating sugary foods like brownies and chocolate. Very nauseous, and now everytime I eat something sweet (not fruit), I get sick to my stomach and regretful. Is this a sign of anything? Can you all of a sudden become intolerant of sugar? I'm fairly healthy, only 20 lbs overweight, but don't exercise and 26 y.o.

Here's a thought. Eat only fruits and vegetables. Forget the brownies and chocolate crap. You might even lose some weight.

Anything high in sugar ( candy, cake pie, etc) causes your blood sugar to elevate quickly, and then drop quickly also. If you have any family history of diabetes or low blood sugar, you may want to have your doctor do some blood work to check it out. Natural sugars ( from fruit) is more slowly absorbed and and dosen't cause the drastic fluctuations like candy would.

Probably possible. Check out www.webmd.com.

Don't let anyone tell you it's diabetes. You might be diabetic, but that has nothing to do with what you're describing.

It sounds like your body is trying to tell you something. You probably ought to go see a doctor. Are you pregnant?
