Gently pop them and let the fluids drain.
Keep of your feet for a while and keep them dry to let the skin heal (could take a day or two if you do it properly).
If you don't feel confortable with 'gently breaking the already dead skin above the blisters' then you could get someone who's qualified to do it. Perhaps if they really are that bad - go to the doctor.
Either way, I hope they get better soon!

Get some blister plasters from the pharmacy - they work incredibly well ... hold on I've got some upstairs I'll go check what brand they are ...
Savlon. They're expensive but worth every penny! They can either be used on existing blisters or if you know you will be wearing shoes that rub you can put them on to prevent blisters (they're clear so you can even wear them with sandals.)

There is nothing you can do for the blisters except to keep them covered since they are on your feet. If they have not drained yet then keep them covered and leave them alone. Once they have drained or re-absorbed into the skin just keep them clean with mild soap and water and cover them to keep dirt and debri out. Your best bet is to wear soft slippers until they don't hurt as much.

Sorry to say this but the best way for blisters to go is to leave them overnight. Don't pick them! I makes the pain worse and takes longer for skin to recover. Leave them for the night and they will dry up, the skin will heal and problem solved

How on earth did you do this to yourself. Best thing to toughen skin, although it nips at first, is surgical spirits, and stop walking on hot coals!!!
