If what you are trying to say is that your belly is bigger since the pregnancy, that has nothing to do with what is in your stomach. It is a problem that comes from the stretching of the abdominal muscles and skin during pregnancy and the surgery. This problem won't improve...much...on it's own. You need to be exercising to tighten up the muscles in your abdomen. Exercises that tighten up the abdomen include sit-ups, side stretches, twisting, etc.

If you can, it would be a good idea to go to a local YMCA or gym and ask a trainer to show you the best exercises for your situation. However, you could also look online for pregnancy websites. Many will have recommendations for after pregnancy exercises.

It might also help to get a good lotion and massage your belly every day.

Umm, that's not air. You wouldn't have air in your stomach for 10 months.

You need to do exercise to strengthen your ab muscles. And no, aloe isn't for air in the stomach anyway.
