i understand where your coming from but just tell your friend that you really like her and he shuold let you ask her out. But you should get to know her and then ask her out.

OK, expecting strangers to decide if you should go out with her based on her picture is both incredibly stupid and so shallow that it makes me say, no, don't inflict yourself on an innocent woman.
