Doesn't sound like a lot to me.....But the only one that can really answer this question is the person eating the food. Were you still hungry after you finished? If so, eat a little more. Were you satisfied, but not full? Then it was the right amount. If you felt a little fuller than satisfied, then it was probably too much.

stuides have shown that depriving the body of food is the wrong way to lose weight. In fact, the body thinks it won't be getting any food for a while and it turns the food you eat into fat. I've heard many professionals say that people should eat five meals a day.
I wouldn't eat five full meals, but snacking on carrots or something else healthy throughout the day would be best.
Also, if the sausage, biscut and hasbrown were from a restaurant they were probably loaded with fat and calories. The pizza, too. Try eating healthy stuff in greater quantities from home. You could also try protein bars as a supplement.

Those are HORRIBLE food choices. There's so much fat and sodium in the sausage biscuit and hashbrowns. They're filled with empty carbs that do nothing for you. The slice of pizza might not have been too bad, depending on whether it was plain cheese. You didn't eat a lot of food, but you got LOTS of calories and fat. Do yourself a favor and start eating a healthier diet and confine junk food to an occasional splurge.

If you are talking about grams of fat, the day's intake you describe was too much for one day.
If you are talking food volume, this intake was too little.
If you are talking about nutrition, this intake was woefully inadequate. This menu is high in fat and carbohydrates while lacking nutrients. This combination makes weight gain easy. It is not an adequate volume. This means that the compulsion to binge is imminent.
You could have had toast, eggs and an apple for breakfast; soup, salad, and half a sandwich for lunch; and grilled chicken or fish, broccoli, and sweet potato for dinner. Your level of satiety for each meal would be excellent. The variety of food colors keeps the menu interesting and provides much needed nutrition.

Enough calories - too much fat - how about some fruits and/or veggies too. That Mickey Deez food is very, very bad for you...you should try to avoid the "white" stuff in your diet. ie, pizza crust, biscuit....anything white is bad. Flour is white - therefore bad. Try some whole grains, more veggies and lots of pure H2O.

Well you still need to eat but it's not really the healthiest route to take. Maybe eat a salad or veggies for dinner. I don't think it's to much if they were breakfast and lunch options. If it was within 10 minutes of each other I would say yes.

Are you serious?
No, that's not enough calories, and everything was chock full of saturated fat. Not a good diet at all.
They should really try eating vegetables and fruits in addition to greasy fast food (at least), better yet they could eat lean proteins and carbs instead of fast food.

Enough for one day, but don't eat like that every day. I'd eat an extra slice of pizza every now and then.

Depends on age and gender, but off hand I would say not enough kilo calories and certainly lacking in essential vitamins and minerals... Should be taking food supplements..

It is not too much, thats for sure. I would say that is not very much for a whole day. I mean, what about dinner? My 16 year old brother would eat double that amount for lunch, and he is not fat at all.
