How about sausage and cous cous? Cous cous takes 3 min to swell (if you buy the pre-cooked version) and the sausage takes max 20 min. Dice sausage and fry in a bit of oil or butter. Add diced tomatoes, carrots, and whatever else you like and fry until cooked. don't forget to add salt and pepper and anything that tickles your fancy. Just remember less is more. (unless you like a lot of spices) Pour sausage and sauce over cous cous and enjoy mmm mmm mmm.
You can use any kind of meat. Just dice into small pieces, they cook faster that way.
