What is your motive for this? Did someone put you up to it? Why does it bother you so much?

Yes, you are right all religions are wrong. The only person who knows anything is you. Does that satisfy you? I hope so. I would hate to see anyone so brilliant dissatisfied.

He's insecure: He needs people to worship him...

* He doesn't need it, he commands it.

He's incompetent: He needs people to do his will on Earth because he apparently can't do it himself...

* If he did everything himself then why create mankind at all?

He's inconsistent: The Bible, his so-called "Word" is riddled with inaccuracies and contradictions...

* No its not. Have you actually read a bible and did serious, and prayerful study of it?

He has no authority over, or respect from, his creations: even Adam and Eve couldn't follow his simple rules to live in paradise...

* No authority? He made us all mortal and pronounced death as the sentence for our disobedience. Do we not die today?

* No respect? Well, you're on that. Too bad he gave us the freedom to choose to obey or disobey. I guess you want a puppet master God.

He's bored: He created us for entertainment and to have some servants in Heaven...

* Can an eternal being truly be bored? It thought boredom was related of our perception of time. Eternal beings do not exist within time and therefore cannot be bored? Wow, this is a question for Yahoo Answers.

He's clearly always making mistakes...

* Name one

He can't even get everyone to agree he exists, let alone agree on his message and plan (hence, the myriad of religions)...

* that freedom thing again

This doesn't sound like a very God-like, omnipotent, all-knowing, supreme being to me.....so is the Bible wrong? Are all religions wrong? Because this is their "God". Is God even a god? Or maybe some minor diety? Perhaps the spoiled child of a REAL God that above him? Maybe "God" is actually the True GOD's son and Jesus was True GOD's Grandson? Great-grandson?

* Maybe you are a being a bit naive in your perception of God?

"God" is subjective to each individual. Your perception of who God is might be different from others. Each person chooses who their "God" is and from where he came. Each religion has a "God" or higher being(s). I believe they are all the same person and just worshipped by a different name or type of presence for each religion. There are those that don't believe in any higher beings and that life itself is a dead end. You live and die and its over. But you have to think about how the first living being was created. There has to be some explaination. And since Man is so scientific and religious at the same time, you have the Ape theory but where did the apes come from? You have the created by a God theory...but who is he/she and why is it so hard to understand?
Negativity about others' beliefs isn't the right way to approach this. This is why there have been so many religious wars. People that don't understand become bitter and insult others' way of life. Not understanding calls for more research and an open mind to why people have faith in something they can't see, hear, or even know exists.

Yes God is an actual god. He is THE actual God. The only one.

He is not insecure. He wants us to choose to love him, but if we don't He will be sad for us that we choose to go to Hell, but He won't doubt Himself over it. He knows all He has done for us, all the times He tried to reach us. He is fine.

He is not incompetent. He can do anything. He allows us to be a part of the process because He loves us and He wants to see us grow and mature and make the right choices.

The bible has NO inaccuracies. Email me with the problems you have been told are there and we will talk them through, if you are interested in actually learning and not just attacking and spewing things you have heard.

He has authority over all creation, and respect from those who believe in Him. Even those of us who sin against Him respect and fear Him. We just aren't perfect, and as I have said God gives us choices. Adam and Eve were not perfect. They were human. And they chose wrong. But even then they respected God.

He created us for His own reasons, if it was because He was bored, that is ok with me. Just happy to be here.

What mistakes did He make? Could you give examples?

He can make everyone agree, but He didn't want to create puppets on a string. He gives us the choice. Some choose wrong. But all those who are truely seeking will find him.

No the bible is not wrong, some religions are totally wrong they worship the wrong God, probably all denomonations are a little wrong, they are led by humans, but since they worship and believe in the true God they will be fine. And again, God is a real God. He is THE real God, the one and only. Jesus was His only begotten son, fully God, fully man.

Yes, he is God.

No, worshiping him doesn't get you into heaven and not hell. It is only by his Son Jesus that a person may go to heaven and not hell.

Who died for mankind? Man or God? Did you know Jesus is God and it was God not Man who paid the panaulty for sin so man can go to heaven.

What inaccuracies and contradictions are in the bible? I haven't found one yet and I read almost every day.

The rest of your descriptions are telling me how much you know about the bible.

God let Adam and Eve sin so his eternal purpose can be fulfilled. If man didn't sin, then God would not have sent Jesus to die on the cross and rose to life on the third day and then God would not have been glorified which is his eternal purpose.

What mistakes has he made, us humans are the ones who made the mistakes and it is another mistake to blame God for it as well.

The people who don't become christians are not part of his elect or chosen people from before time, so course those people won't agree.

I suggest you re-read your bible.

the fast answer is not any. yet, that may not to declare that it is impossible. If god fairly is pulling the strings in the back of the curtain technology could must be incorrect in a minimum of two considerable methods. First, quantum indeterminacy could be fake, and 2d, each mutation interior the evolution of all life could be completely desperate. In different words the universe could be consistent with what has been called occasionalism, by using Malbranche. it is, god could intercede at each step to direct and verify the worldwide in accordance to his layout. not impossible for an all-powerful being, yet there are issues: First, all of the predictions made by using physicists, engineers, chemists and so on are genuine because of the fact in each case god needs them to be genuine. So, each time you're taking an aspirin it works, not because of the drug's action yet because of the fact god would not % you to have a headache anymore, the comparable for why airplanes fly, and your automobile starts. 2d, Leibnitz argued that a suited being could create a worldwide that ran itself, not one that he could ought to tinker with consistently. attempt googling Leibniz and watchmaker for his analogy. For Leibniz, a god that continuously tinkered along with his creation is a under suited god. third, there's a topic with loose will in a worldwide it is continuously being interfered with by using the splendid being. So, it is conceivable that some large being is pulling all of the strings in the back of the curtain, yet whilst it fairly is genuine the worldwide could be very distinctive from what we've self belief it is and god could not be something like every person thinks he's, so No, no god you ever heard of is the guy backstage in this worldwide.

You have asked a great number of questions, none of which ask the Ultimate question!? (Which I will save for Later). But, First, you asked, " Is he actually = to god...?" but you did not give your acceptable version of what YOU tho't god is = to XXX...!?" So, the answer without further ado is " There is a God - type entity and You do not know how to express or describe him except in the negative or Denial state....If You were to ask a more Valid question, you might receive illuminating answers that would give others a chance to converse with you in the POSITIVE...!

I read your "?". If I restate your "?" and say is GOD real and who the heck is HE really? would that be correct? Now I would like to say thank you for being who you are and saying what you feel. I hope that we can be friends. You have an excellent "?". And if you really want to know who HE is don't ask man, ask GOD. HE'S been waiting a very long time with open arms for you to seek HIM. HE"S loving and missing you so much you would cry to knew how much. All you have to do is ask HIM just like you would someone you trusted and loved. And I'm here for you too.

Your small, limited and silly mind is incapable of understanding God or even evolution for that matter. I think you are trying to sound smart. God doesn't need anything from us. He allows little people like you to exist...only God knows why.

Samurai, I don't have a problem listening to logical and sincere questions or opinions from atheists, but I get a little tired of answering the same idiotic questions. The only nerve pinched is the one that is exhausted of sheer stupidity from people intent on being controversial for absolutely no reason.

We call Him God because he is our creator. For everything we see and we have are from Him. He created you is his desire to have you as his companion. Though we can regard God as great great grandfather, that is because we honour him as our creator. In fact, he just want to be your father. Jesus told you to pray to this God by calling him our heavenly father. He is omnipotent, omniscience, omnipresent, he does not need to show off all this power to you. Just by watching the nature, you can see the power, the presence and the knowledge God is holding or possesses. Why what do you want this God to do to you? He has already laid open the choice for you. Believe in him you have eternal life with him in heaven ohterwise, there is another place prepared for those who prefer to deny or reject him.
