I think that by 10 years they are no longer a baby. Stop treating her as one. If she has been medically evaluated and deemed physically and mentally alright then it may be you that needs the help.

Any 10 year old in nappies needs to be checked out by first a physician then if nothing is physically wrong a psychiatrist.

im not completely sure what you are saying, but if it is that your 10yr old daughter is still wearing nappies, the solution is reasonably simple-stop buying them...no child likes the uncomfortable feeling of being in wet underwear-she will soon learn, however it is worth bearing in mind that this is more likely to be a symptom of a serious underlying problem, in which case i urge you to see your GP as soon as possible as it needs dealing with as a matter of urgency.

why is your 10 year old still in nappies? you should've saught help for that a long time ago.
no offense, but if she still wants to act like a baby, its possible that you and your partner have been coddling her too much and for too long.
another possibility is that she's just afraid of growing up and taking on more responsibilities
