don't use baking soda of all things ever . what i used was tooth past which is meant to whiten you teeth . It does really work . But you would just go a a dentist how does bleaching or some one how does laser whiting . But the lesser whiting and the bleaching work 110% sure about it . But just keep on trying something will work trust me .

I use a little bit of fresh lemon juice and mix it with salt and brush my teeth before sleep and brush it with regular toothpaste in the morning . It's pretty good at cleaning and whitening your teeth as long you don't smoke. The lemon juice and salt are also very effective way to temporarily get rid of toothache. Your mouth will get dry while brushing so use more lemon juice then salt and rinse your mouth more often. Very Inexpensive.

You have to go to a dentist and have a mold of your teeth made. Then you fill the open areas of the dental mold with a special solution that they will sell to you. You use it twice a day for 30 minutes each time. After two weeks you should see a major difference. Nothing off the store shelfs will work very well. Good Luck ! :)

Make a paste of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and a pinch of salt. Use this everytime you brush your teeth. Don't stop using the flouridated toothpaste, just add this to the regime. Also, its best to start out with a good cleaning from your dentist.

Someone once told me eating apples can help whiten your teeth (They had really white teeth). I don't really believe it, but it may be worth looking into.

Most remedies just strip your teeth of the enamel. The best thing to do is abstain from drinking coffee, tea and soda.

You'll find a bit of improvement, after you brush as usual, brush again with baking soda and gargle with peroxide, do not swallow...
