This is pretty bad. If I were you, I would get professionals like Geek Squad to tackle this one, but perhaps you can fix it yourself. First, ad-aware has a website with tech support tips that you should really consult. Second, what programs have you recently downloaded or installed? If you got something for free off of, say, Limewire or other untrustworthy sources about the time this started, kill it and see what happens. If they have put this much effort into bugging your computer, then it will probably resist the delete key too, but at least you will know what it was.

As a last resort, try a system restore. If you have Windows XP, go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Pick a date well before the problem appeared; this will fix most problems like this, but judging by the severity of the infestation it might be designed to survive even that. If it does, remember what I said about Geek Squad.

And that's about all I can do without actually seeing your computer. Good luck.

You posted this in the dogs section bud!
It sounds like you have a one of those virus programs that takes control of your computer at random times. They're pretty nasty. I would recommend that you back up all your stuff and format the computer. That would be the easiest way. Otherwise you may need to get professional help. Try re-posting this with all those tech guys over in computers section. Maybe they can help you better.

No offense but what does this have to do with dogs? Did your dog wreck your computer?
