You have the signs of a Urine infection

Not everyone with a UTI (urinary tract infection) has symptoms, but most people get at least some symptoms. These may include a frequent urge to urinate

a painful, burning feeling in the area of the bladder or urethra during urination.

It is not unusual to feel bad all over—tired, shaky, washed out—and to feel pain even when not urinating.

Often women feel an uncomfortable pressure above the pubic bone, and some men experience a fullness in the rectum. It is common for a person with a urinary infection to complain that, despite the urge to urinate, only a small amount of urine is passed.

The urine itself may look milky or cloudy, even reddish if blood is present. Normally, a UTI does not cause fever if it is in the bladder or urethra. A fever may mean that the infection has reached the kidneys. Other symptoms of a kidney infection include pain in the back or side below the ribs, nausea, or vomiting.

You need to see a doctor to have your urine tested to make sure there is no bacteria and if there is then they will give you a short course of antiobiotics.

Other things you can do to help is drink lots of water/ cranberry juice/ prune juice.
Wear cotton underwear (let it breathe down there)
Dont take bubble baths
avoid strong soaps/ deodorants in your area down there
wipe front to back (for women)

You could have a urinary infection, but with the back pain it could very well be a Kidney Stone. They can cause frequent urination, painful urination, the urge to go and not be able to and mild to severe pain in the back. Go to your family doc or a urologist and get a urinalysis done and possibly an xray if they feel it is warranted.

It could be a kidney infection or bladder infection. I'm a veteran of both. The sooner you can get into the doctor, the better. Once you get on some antibiotics, you'll feel a lot better after 48 hours once the antibiotics get to work.
