Why do I get the SBHook.dll message?

Motive SB.exe - Entry Point not found
The procedure entry point ? Install Hook @ @ YAHKH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library SBHook.dll
Why do I get this message when I boot up and how do I delete it?

That sounds as if you have some of a virus in there. If it is a legitimate program, look in Control Panel Add/Remove and you should be able to uninstall it from there.
Go to Safe Mode and run a virus scan. Then run a couple of spy ware scans. If nothing shows up try running Hijack This and look at the log file it will make.
