All new HDTVs have a digital tuner. So if you feed your digital cable feed to an HDTV you should be able to get all the "clear" (or unscrambled) channels.
Some TVs have also a CableCard slot. You get the card from your cable provider and then you can watch all channels.
So, unless you have a device with a cable digital tuner (set-top, HD-VCR, HDTV, etc.) there is no way to see two different channels from the same feed.
