Did you have to take the fluoride bite wings as a kid, I did and just brush you teeth with toothpaste that has it in it.Before I knew this, i actuallty did pick the brand that was promoting it. It causes osteoporosis and doesn't help with tooth decay at all. It's lie.

Fluoride is very beneficial for teeth in the correct amount. It does NOT cause osteoporosis. It certainly DOES reduce decay - it can't STOP it if you don't take care with diet and hygiene. Anything can be a poison at the wrong dosage - some common medicines are Tylenol (paracetamol), vitamins, codeine. ... Are you now no longer going to take any of these?
In the news yesterday was the case of a woman in the US who died after water intoxication - she entered a radio station competition to see who could drink the most water before going to the toilet. The amount of water threw her electrolytes out of balance and she died.
Don't belioeve all the nonsense on the web. Any idiot can write there, or write a book for that matter. They're not trying to save the world. They're trying to look important or make money.
AS for Kevin Trudea, he's a crook and has been prosecuted. He can no longer sell his quack medicines but he can';t be stopped from selling books. Look at this link:

They do that all the time they say eggs are bad for you and then the egg industry gets after them that they are losing too much money then it is good again. Back in 1960's Rachael Carson decided that DDT was bad and killing people so on her word they banned it. Since then way more people have died from maleria than died from DDT. In the 80's they decided kids needed floride for their bones. A lot of things are bad for people but they do not want people to know about it. Don't believe me...
read kevin trudea's book Things They Don't Want You To Know
You can also check the search engines about how they market stuff that is bad for people

this summer i read an article on how harmfull fluoride is and how it should never of been put into our water supply. Scarry stuff, I'm sure we will hear more about this in years to come. The article was I think in prevention magazine, june, july, or aug. It was called the silient killer in our water (something like that)
