Am assuming your talking about acne!? The only thing i use is Clearasil overnight cream (comes in small tube - use the higher percentage one) Is awesome!! I've tried it all and this works wonders - and overnight aswell!

Are you talking about age spots / sun spots? I don't think there is anything that will get rid of them overnight. You can try concealer, but that only hides them. Ask your dermatologist for the prescription Tri-Luma. It is a fade cream and it works wonders! I've tried many store brand fade creams for a sun spot on my cheek, but Tri-Luma is the only thing that worked. You have to use sunscreen with it, too, or the spot can get darker.
