I am 25, I weigh 240 pounds and I was wondering about how many calories I burn in a 24 hour period. My job is fairly inactive, 8 hours a day, probably 6 spent in front of a computer, then walking to my car, up to my 2nd floor apartment, then I go to the gym and work out for 30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes walking at 3.5 mph and 20 minutes running at 6.3 mph, then about 15 minutes of weights, mainly upper body free weights. I was wondering about how many calories I would burn in a day, so I can curtail my intake accordingly. I am also fairly active, not a lot of just sitting around, except for at work. Thanks for your help

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

well if your counting callories i'd suggest start at 1750, and then gradually going lower if your body can handle it. But also check with a nutritionalist because things can be different depending on blood pressure and cholesterol. There are many factors to consider.
