I usually do 30 sit-ups in the morning and 30 at night. Am I on the right track? Just to let you know I do other excersises as well.

Try to do some sit ups, scrunches, and push ups. I weighed about 250 pounds and now I weigh 180 (my average) from the work outs. I will lower you tummy and burn calories. a Tredmil will work.
