I have gotten many items signed by him. If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow.
If you live in United States send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and the photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.
Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. Some times he also might send you his own picture as well.

Like everything signed it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Do you have something, a picture for example to prove it is a real autograph? If not it is worth less. How well was it signed, can you see both autographs clearly. An item is golf is less likely to have somewhere that will give you a great estimate on it. If you have a local card and/or memobilia shop, stop in there and ask they might can do a little research for you.

I sent a request to the 9000 bay hill address posted above on May12th and received my photo signed by Arnold on May 26th. He is truly a gentleman. Thanks Mr Palmer
