I have 2 600 watts pioneer amp pushing 4 kicker comp subs.I just had 2 kickers with one 600 watt amp first. Then I recently added 2 more kicker's and another 600 watt amp.It still sounds the same as it did with only 2 kickers. I figured it would thump and be more lounder but it just sounds the same,. The way I hooked the other amp up is by just running all the wires to the other amp,did I do something wrong, should i consider briding them, some info will help out alot.
Thanks

Sound power is non-linear (exponential, actually). You may very well be moving twice as much air, but it isn't going to sound twice as loud.

A doubling of sound power is a 6dB gain. If you are already at 100dB, 106dB is not going to seem to be that big a difference (you will go deaf faster...)

That's my theory....
