It is a faith that holds in many ways to the ancient Norse pantheon, otherwise called the Aesir.

The religion is Asatru, its followers are Asatruar (there are some accent marks that should be there, I'm not looking up unicode today. :P)

Considering the high regard I have for Fenrir, the Wolf of Ragnarok (the End Times), I suspect many Asatruar would consider me something like Christians consider Satanists.

Asatru is a new religious movement wants to revive the Norse paganism of the Viking Age before Christianity. I have no problems with it myself.

Like what do you want to know about it specifically?

It started in the 60s or 70s

Your best bet would be either through http://www.witchvox.com or to do a Google for "Asatru". I believe there are blots out there with websites or networking information that should be able to answer your questions.

Good luck!
