i am so sick of my workout dvds i need something different and more effective because the dvds are too easy to do i feel like i am not getting anything out of it anymore.....

I don't know if you have any money to spend, but I just got an elliptical for my apartment and I absolutely love it! It's a lot like running, except it's very low-impact and uses a variety of muscles.

The one I got is really high quality and it was relatively inexpensive. It's the Fitness Quest Eclipse 1100 HR. I got mine at Walmart.com on sale for $270 plus shipping and tax. If you hate Walmart (which I do too, but it was such a great deal, I caved) you can also order it directly from the company at www.fitnessquest.com/. It really is just like ellipticals I have used at the gym.

It's a tough workout, but it's great cardio. Good luck!

Sounds kind of silly but try dancing around your house. I do it for a couple of minutes to get my heart rate up before I do my regular exercises. If you are going to dance for your workout, I would suggest dancing for about a half an hour and see how you feel.

if you have some space try jump roping thats a great cardio work out
