Some of the older people in my family want to know what they should do to claim a refund,being as they get social security or retirement ,SSI or disability..and they don't file tax forms.Do you know the procedure?

There is a form just for the people you mention. It is 1040EZ-T. Here it is:

It can be filed electronically using commercial software or mailed in.

There is a special form just to do that, while not filing any others. The standard refund is $30 for one and $10 for each person in the household with a maximum of 4, or $60. Most libraries should have it or you can download it from IRS.gov....

you can go to irs.gov and read all about it. it will tell you how u can get this rebate and what u will need to do in order to get it.
