I'm older, I prefer dance songs from the '80's with a good beat like "It's Raining Men" and "Sex" by Berlin, etc. Reminds me of when I started working out!

Anything with a good beat that keeps me going. Right now, I am really loving "Dirrty" by Xtina Aguleria, "She Wants to Move" by N.E.R.D, and "Jump" by the Pointer Sisters. Those are in heavy rotation on my MP3 player.

I like to find any dance songs or club hits - that way they stay upbeat the whole time.

Something fast that gets you going... Tina Turner "The best" is good, Queen's "We will rock you" or the Mission Impossible music.

anything by the 80's group BLACK BOX is the right rhythm for working out and it's loud, in your face stuff, good to keep you moving.
