This might sound weird, but I live in a city and I don't actually like it, so I want to go to Saskatchewan for my vacation. I like farms and the prairies. I've never been there and I want to go and just get away from the city for a little while. I'm not looking to do touristy things, I just want to be someplace calm. I really like wheat too, so someplace where there is wheat would be nice. And nice people.

Moose Jaw, which is not to far away from Roleau AKA "DOG RIVER" 45 minutes from Regina. In about twenty minutes from the centre of Moose Jaw, you can be in the middle of the vast golden wheat Fields ( well right now they are all white as snow) Their are a lot of little communities within an hour or two's drive. If you like airplanes, Moose Jaw is the home of the Canadian "Snowbirds"!!!!! A lot of the little towns offer little in the way of accommodations. C'mon out!!!!

You don't want to go at this time of year - its far too cold. May - Oct. Would be best.
