I'm looking for your recipes on a different pasta. I have mine with alfredo, chicken and broccoli. Yum!

I'm not looking for you to search it on yahoo/google and post up a recipe you've never had before.

Thanks!!

Try making it in place of pasta. I love gnocchi as well! Original recipe makes 2 servingsChange Servings 2 (12 ounce) packages potato gnocchi 1/4 cup butter 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried sage 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Gnocchi I usually put with a little tomato cream sauce. I mix a can of tomato paste with a small amount of cream. I don't really measure, I just keep adding until it's as thin as I'd like. Then I mix in some basil and garlic and let it simmer for about 20 minutes for the flavors to blend. Just a little bit, because it's a strong flavor, goes a long way!

I make a quick tomato sauce using olive oil, garlic, onion, a big can of tomatoes,a couple TB of sugar and fresh basil. First I saute the onion in the olive oil until translucent then I add a couple of chopped garlic cloves when I smell the garlic I add the tomatoes and sugar. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes and add as much basil as you want. It is delicious with gnocchi or pretty much anything else you would like it on!

I also serve gnocchi sauteed with a little garlic and olive oil with a grating of fresh parmesan.

Butter. Brown Sugar. Cinnamon. On tender gnocchi this is a pure delight.

I have had mind lots of ways, I don't have specific recipes though.

Fried in butter and served with homeade marinara.
With a creamy porcini mushroom sauce
With homeade alfredo
With a saffron cream sauce
In a gorgonzola cream sauce.

They were all wonderful. I'm sure if you looked you could find recipes for all of them online. :)

I usually use just enough spaghetti sauce to coat the gnocchi and then add Parmesan cheese. Your ideas sounds really good...I'll be trying that soon!!

I have mine with olive oil and garlic maybe some basil, and don't forget the very good and easy garlic butter with some cheese sprinkled on top. This wasn't looked up or anything.
